You must build it.

We thrive off of just doing it.  Sometimes that comes across as too “rash” we should plan right?  Well yes and no.  Depends on the stage of the idea- knowing more is always better- we see building it as a means to get that data.  Trapped in a biz plan or strategy doc for 3 months isn’t action- we want action.  Seriously, you need to put the business plan down and manifest it.  Our protobakes are vehicles to collect insight.  They are working models of your idea that you’ll use to actually interact with real people.  You need data.

As a bonus to making it real for your users, you make it real for your team, your investors- you manifest momentum via your conviction in the idea and passion to see it “be”.  Everyone is looking to see who’s got it- so show them.  Build it.  Manifest it baby.
