RightNow is mobile moment capture clarity, ok so that’s a mouthful, but think about it like this- right now there’s a whole planet of people tweeting away. Most of those tweets however lack context, feeling, location, and most importantly.. why.
People forget that Twitter started as an experiment, it wasn’t crafted around a grand scheme, it was a test, a fun experiment in communication leveraged by today’s increasingly internet engaged audience and the cool technology we all have to play with.
RightNow picks up where twitter left off.
RightNow is a location based experience capture tool that empowers the user to clarify what is happening right now! In a bar, checkin out some babes? Tweet it, tag it with context, rate it with emotion, note it with location, and get it out there for others to see. As a bonus you get to harness your own data, see what experiences are sweet vs lame and you’re friends see that too.
We share our humble beginnings with twitter in that RightNow is also an experiment. In two ways actually, 1, we wanted to make a location based iphone app, 2 we wanted to play with different API’s to make the concept a reality.
